HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Fancy one of our items? Simply, click on the product(s) you love and then on the big 'Buy It Now' orange button under the item's price. Then, once you have finished shopping, click on the total amount of the product(s) you have purchased on the top right hand side of the website under 'Login or Register' or on the text 'Shopping Cart' to the left of the total amount. Click on the big 'Check Out' orange button and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you are definitely going to buy from us again (we seriously hope so), we suggest you register an account for a faster check out in the future. Otherwise simply check out as a guest.
You can pay by credit card or using your Paypal account if you have one. We accept all major credit cards including:

CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely, you will be prompted to add a comment or your own gift message to your order during the check out process. We will manually write your message on a beautiful Tigers & Dragons card and enclose it with your gift.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer Standard Registered Mail for FREE on all orders with a delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. If you are in a hurry, you can choose to ship your item by Express Carrier.
It will cost you:
35 USD for us to send your item via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 1 week to 10 days and
60 USD via Fedex with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 days depending on where your order needs to be shipped to.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The time it will take for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you chose. We will supply a tracking number and a website for you to track your order so that you know where it is at all times.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You can track your order by visiting the website of the shipping company of your choice and by entering your parcel's tracking number. We will send you the website address of the shipping company and your parcel tracking number by e-mail.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes. We test each product we make for strength and durability to ensure total customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with one of our products, simply send it back to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days and we will reimburse you the full amount.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR CUSTOM DUTY?
You may or may not have to pay duty depending on the value of your order and where your order needs to be shipped to. Rules and regulations vary from country to country.
CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN THE WATER?
Almost all Tigers Dragons pieces are designed so that you never have to take them off (unless you want to). We use ultra strong water reistant cords for our bracelets so you needn't worry about taking a shower or jumping in the ocean with your jewellery on. For items with mother of pearl, we do recommend that you remove them when showering, having a bath or swimming.
We plate our silver products with a thin coat of Rhodium (the same plating used for white gold products. White gold is not naturally white but yellowish.) so that they don't tarnish meaning you don't have to polish them. To prevent scratches, we suggest you to take your jewellery off during tasks.
We will happily re-string your beloved bracelet for a small fee. Please contact us by e-mail and we will let you know what steps you need to follow to get a new cord.
