We offer Standard Registered Mail for FREE on all orders with a delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. If you are in a hurry, you can choose to ship your item by Express Carrier.

Yes. We test each product we make for strength and durability to ensure total customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with one of our products, simply send it back to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days and we will reimburse you the full amount.
You may or may not have to pay duty depending on the value of your order and where your order needs to be shipped to. Rules and regulations vary from country to country.
With the exception of our amulet bracelets, almost all Tigers Dragons pieces are designed so that you never have to take them off (unless you want to). We use ultra strong water resistant cords for our bracelets so you needn't worry about taking a shower or jumping in the ocean with your jewelry on. Items with mother of pearl or amulets must be removed when showering, having a bath or swimming.
We recommend you use a silver cloth to remove stains or tarnish. To prevent scratches, we suggest you to take your jewelry off during tasks.
We will happily re-string your beloved bracelet for a small fee. Please contact us by e-mail and we will let you know what steps you need to follow to get a new cord.
